JAYCO® RV CLUB ROAMS FROM CONNECTICUT TO MAINE

The Jayco Jafari Travel Club will spend September 20 to October 3 exploring Connecticut, Maine and places between during the 2005 Tall Ships, Witches and Whales trip. The adventure begins in Mystic, Conn., moves on to Gloucester, Mass., and ends at Boothbay, Maine.

"This trip is full of unique places to visit," said Arnold Rocco, Jafari international events manager. "New England is a wonderful place for RV owners. If is full of sightseeing and our Jayco Jafari club members love the historical significance of the region."

The trip will include visits to various museums and historical sites, including Bunker Hill, the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, Old North Church, Paul Revere's house, and the Marine Museum, Bath, Maine. Jafari members will explore tall ships, cruise out to whale watch, tour throughout Salem and Boston, and shop at L.L. Bean.

But the trip is about more than just sightseeing. "A lot of people get there and rekindle friendships with people they haven't seen in a while. It is a time to catch up on old times and to foster fellowship with others. That is what makes it interesting," Rocco added.

Jafari Club membership is available to all Jayco brand RV owners. The travel club promotes family camping and the active use of RVs. Activities planned for each year include several internationally sponsored caravan trips and rallies. Through nearly 100 local chapters across the United States and Canada, members can participate in various local, regional and state activities throughout the year.
