A Note From Jayco’s President

At the beginning of each New Year, I always enjoy taking some time to reflect on the past year at Jayco and look ahead to the future.

The close of 2011 marked the 43rd year of business for Jayco and I can thankfully and confidently say it was another steady growth year for us compared to where we were during the depths of the recession in 2009. I strongly believe our commitment to the values we were built on is what brought us out of the recession and why we see continued growth today.

As we move into 2012, industry experts are predicting a slight up tick in shipments to dealers. However, I expect we will out perform this forecast; it should be another good year for Jayco. I believe this growth will come from a strengthening economy as well as our continued focus on new and innovative products to be introduced during the year. This innovative product development combined with our commitment to our core values and the loyalty of our dedicated employees, allows us to do things that other companies can’t or won’t do.  Like longer warranties.  Extensive quality testing.  Better components.  And much more.

We have pledged to continue to aggressively seek out new technologies and advanced materials in an effort to provide industry leading products that have come to be expected over the 44 year history of Jayco. We will remain a private, family owned company where our focus can be on the customer and not on the whims of a Wall Street investment firm.

I’m excited for 2012 and what it will be for Jayco but most important for the upcoming season, we wish all those members of the Jayco family who own one of our products a great camping year.
