Precept, Something New From Jayco

PreceptJayco is kicking off the 2014 model year with something new and something big. How big? Class A big.

Say hello to the all-new Jayco Precept, a gasoline-powered Class A that is both affordable and full of high-end features.

Slated for early summer delivery, the Precept will be introduced with a spacious 31-foot floorplan, the 31UL. The introductory floorplan has a 3-slide design that includes:

  • A bedroom built with comfort in mind featuring a queen-sized bed with a Denver mattress, 22” LED TV, and Mega under-bed storage.
  • A compact but well-equipped L-shaped kitchen with a solid-surface countertop, 3-burner range, convection microwave oven and a large 8 cu. ft. refrigerator.
  • A hide-a-bed sofa opposite a Dream Dinette/entertainment center combo featuring a 40” LED TV.
  • A tech-inspired cab with 6-way power driver seat, back-up and side-view cameras with monitor and a touch-screen in-dash sound system with GPS, CD/DVD and MP3 input jack.

Beyond interior luxuries, Precept is built with the power and precision Jayco requires in all of our motorhomes. Powered by Ford’s 6.8L Triton 362 HP engine and equipped with two sway bars, Bilstein shocks and variable jouncer bumpers, Precept integrates Jayco’s JRide “Ride and Handling package” to provide the ultimate RV driving experience.

And, because we have such high standards of quality control, the Precept is backed by Jayco’s industry-leading 2-year warranty. This ensures that once you’re on the road in your new Jayco Class A, you can stay there!

Our goal with the Precept is to provide an easy and affordable step up into a Class A. Featuring everything customers expect from Jayco’s Class C lineup, the Precept motorhome delivers in a completely new way.

More information about the new Jayco Precept and where you can find a dealer to take a test drive can be found at www.Jayco.com/Precept.
