General Manager - Transportation

JET, Inc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of industry leader Jayco, Inc., seeks a General Manager to succeed our retiring G.M. You will be responsible to provide timely and effective delivery of Jayco products throughout North America, maintaining constant emphasis on safety, service, cost containment and legalization.

With annual revenues approaching $25M, you will have full P&L responsibility to recruit and manage company drivers and vehicles, contract owner-operators, outside suppliers, and our maintenance/repair facility.

The successful candidate will have at least 8 to 10 years related experience and knowledge equivalent to a complete college education. Proven leadership, management, and organizational skills are essential. Requires thorough understanding of all DOT and other transportation industry regulations and broad understanding of transportation operations to include capacity planning, cost control, etc.
