Middlebury, Ind. – The Jayco® Family of Companies has announced that once again all of its legacy brands and models in both motorized and towables have been presented with the 2025 Quality Circle Awards. The RV Dealers Association (RVDA)® bestows this award on RV manufacturers that achieve the highest rating in the Association’s Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) Survey. The DSI measures dealers’ overall satisfaction with manufacturers in Reliability/Quality, Parts, Warranty and Sales. The awards won by the various Jayco brands encapsulate all models in their DSI surveys versus separating out various segments, which ensures that all products are meeting the high standards necessary to be named as part of the Quality Circle for RVDA.
Jayco continues to invest heavily into dedicated 100% Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) for all brands, enhanced manufacturing processes and materials, and continued improvement measures in all areas of Repair Event Cycle Times (RECT). The company’s stringent processes and ever-increasing standards achieve new high levels of performance in manufacturing, customer service, warranty and technical support.

RVDA received DSI responses from 495 dealership locations in the U.S. and Canada that included 2,324 brand ratings, an average of 4.7 per dealer. The top-rated manufacturers will be recognized and receive the awards on November 11th at the Paris Resort and Casino® in Las Vegas. The brands/manufacturers received at least 15 dealer responses and scored 4.25 or above on a 5-point scale in overall dealer satisfaction in the association’s survey conducted June through September.
In addition to the DSI awards, during the RVDA Convention/Expo a Jayco Family of Companies team member will be presented with the RV Pro 40 Under 40 Award, Austin Miller, Vice President of Manufacturing – Motorized. The presentation will take place the evening of November 11th also at the Paris Resort and Casino. The sixth annual awards are presented to 40 of the brightest up-and-coming leaders under 40 years old from across the RV industry. The honorees are chosen based on contributions to their workplace, industry tenure and involvement in their communities. The winners were nominated by their peers for above-and-beyond determination, leadership and success in their respective markets.
