Jayco RV's StrongholdVBL® vacuum-bond process applies 144 tons of pressure to wall components (fiberglass exterior siding, welded aluminum framing, block foam insulation, metal backers and interior wall panels) for 16 to 18 minutes for an incredibly strong and durable product. All sidewalls, floors and roofs are built by Jayco RV in a temperature and humidity-controlled facility.

The Melbourne's one-piece, seamless front cap resists wear and tear, such as fading or moisture damage, over the years. 

The overhead bunk in a Melbourne boasts a weight capacity of 750 lbs. This is 300 lbs. more than the industry standard and allows owners to sleep two full-sized adults or store extra gear while traveling.
