Jayco RV's StrongholdVBL® vacuum-bond process applies 144 tons of pressure to wall components (fiberglass exterior siding, welded aluminum framing, block foam insulation, metal backers and interior wall panels) for 16 to 18 minutes for an incredibly strong and durable product. All sidewalls, floors and roofs are built by Jayco RV in a temperature and humidity-controlled facility.

The Melbourne Prestige's one-piece, seamless front cap resists wear and tear like fading or moisture damage over the years. An automotive-bonded panoramic window with a power shade in the front cap lets in plenty of natural light.

A crowned one-piece fiberglass roof provides unmatched durability.

The overhead bunk in the Melbourne Prestige boasts a weight capacity of 750 lbs. This is 300 lbs. more than the industry standard and allows owners to sleep two full-sized adults or store extra gear while traveling.

Not only is solar power environmentally friendly, but it also reduces the cost and load of electrical use in your motorhome. A standard 200W solar panel with a dual controller will monitor and charge your house and chassis' batteries simultaneously.
