Jay Flight

2023 Jay Flight

One of our longest running brands, the Jay Flight has been a family favorite for years. Part of Jay Flight’s lasting power is its superior construction. For example, the integrated A-frame and magnum truss roof system on all models. Unlike our competitors, it’s not just the bottom of the trailer being towed, but the entire frame, creating more stability and safety on the road. We also offer dark-tinted windows for your privacy and added safety.

Rock Solid Stabilizer System

This new stabilizing system creates a solid, stable camping experience without having to re-adjust stabilizers. This system can be easily operated with a non-impact power drill. The strong, triangular stabilization design provides efficient RV stabilizations and easily adjusts for optimal stability. Other features on the Rock Solid Stabilizer System include a 2,000 lb. total weight capacity and 3x faster manual (crank) operation than an average stabilizer.

Prepped for Solar Power

Jayco is one of the first companies to offer solar prep, or solar panels, on every single RV. With sidewall AND roof-mounted prep kits, you have the option to easily install solar panels for extra power at camp.

Strong foundations

While other manufacturers often weld or modify stock frames, every Jayco RV is built on a custom frame, designed and sized specifically to best support each unit on and off the road for years to come.

Stronghold VBL™ Lamination

Every sidewall, rear wall and slide room wall is bonded together for a minimum of 16 minutes under 144 tons of pressure to create the lightest, yet strongest, construction available in the RV industry.

Superior Construction Elements

(Click on number for more information)

We add a 30A MC4 solar port on our roofs to conveniently add a series of solar panels.

Our G20 dark tinted windows not only help protect you from the harmful UV rays of the sun, but help protect your furniture against sun damage, help keep your unit cool and add a level of privacy while at the campground.

Galvanized steel wheel wells help protect underneath your coach from debris while traveling and tire blowouts.

Jayco's standard Goodyear® tires are built using rugged fabric-steel and are reinforced specifically for trailering. Enhanced durability, geater carrying capacities and higher speed ratings help you stay safe, preenting dangerous blow outs all while remaining compatible with tire pressure monitoring systems and typical tire inflation stations.

Our trailers feature E-Z Lube® hubs and powerful Nev-R-Adjust® brakes, so you have less inspection and maintenance to perform.

Jayco uses plywood vs. OSB or other materials because it is more eco-friendly (no formaldehyde), handles moisture better, is lighter in weight and has better screw retention.

Your RV needs a strong foundation built specifically for your floorplan. We build each trailer on a frame that has been specifically designed by our skilled team of engineers for its size and shape to better endure the wear and tear of the road. Our frames also include more outriggers and cross members for better support and structural integrity.

An integrated A-frame runs through the main frame, preventing the hitch from buckling like competing tack-welded frames can.

The Magnum Truss™ Roof system is one of the strongest roofs in the industry. It's capable of withstanding 50 percent more weight- up to 4,500 lbs.- than the competition so that you can safely perform maintenance and avoid costly structure damage from debris, branches or snow.

Jayco uses plywood vs. OSB or other materials because it is more eco-friendly (no formaldehyde), handles moisture better, is lighter in weight and has better screw retention.
