MIDDLEBURY, IN. – With one year left in the EcoAdvantage sustainability program, Jayco Inc. is making strides in meeting its aggressive company-wide goals. To help promote Earth Day, the RV manufacturer is announcing its 2013 results from the EcoAdvantage program, which outlines a number of ways to build better RVs using fewer or renewable natural resources.
Through combined efforts between employees, suppliers and community partners, Jayco Inc.’s three operating divisions — Jayco, Starcraft and Entegra Coach — recycled 1,284 tons of wood, 13,221 tons of scrap metal and 1,801 tons of cardboard and paper in 2013.
